TERMS & CONDITIONS

Orders

Orders placed via the Pizzo website exclude delivery.  Please arrange for collection, or request a quote for delivery to your area.

Orders are processed immediately after payment has been received in full. Orders are subject to stock availability. We endeavor to supply Pizzo Ovens ex stock. 

Should we not have stock, you will be informed immediately with a lead-time of when the product will be dispatched.  Our lead time on Pizzo oven production is normally 21 days from order if we do not have stock.

Pizzo reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has been made but delivery is not yet complete, at any time. Should Pizzo exercise this right, the purchaser will receive a full refund with no deductions immediately.

DELIVERY

We offer to arrange delivery nationwide in South Africa – please contact us for a quotation on info@pizzo.co.za and provide delivery address details for quotation. We do not offer an international delivery service.

Courier companies are engaged on behalf of the purchaser and at the client’s risk. Purchasers may collect at either our Stanford or Johannesburg depots. 

Courier deliveries are for the account and risk of the purchaser and we will assist in obtaining quotes for this. Collection or Courier deliveries will require either the client or their courier company to inspect the goods and ensure received in good order. Pizzo will not be liable for any damages or delays once collected from Pizzo’s depot.

Once goods leave our premises, Pizzo will not be held liable for any damages.

Pizza Ovens are bubble wrapped and strapped on a pallet for delivery. Each oven comes standard with a 900mm chimney suitable for external use.

WARRANTY/GUARANTEES 

All Pizzo Ovens have a 12 month guarantee providing sold within South Africa. A condition of the guarantee is that the ovens are not tampered with.

Chimney installations must be installed by trained professionals at the purchasers cost and risk.   Insulation of the chimney through any roofs or walls must have insulation installed to prevent any fire risks. The purchaser must organize these chimney installations at their cost and risk. We provide a free standing 900mm with the Pizzo Oven for external use and not under a verandah or roof – ie use outdoors in the open.

Pizzo will not be liable for any indirect or direct losses arising from the purchasers commissioning of chimney extensions and its installers.

Title of the goods only pass to the purchaser when the goods are collected/dispatched and when full payment has been received by Pizzo.  In other words Pizzo products will be at the purchaser’s risk from the time of delivery by ourselves or collection.

VAT

Prices on the website are denominated in South African Rand and are inclusive of VAT.
